EchoMind is designed with your privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data.

Your Data Stays on Your Device

All journal entries, audio recordings, transcriptions, mood analysis, and insights are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server.

No Servers, No Tracking

EchoMind does not use analytics, third-party SDKs, advertising frameworks, or cloud services. There is no user account system. Your data never leaves your device.

Microphone & Speech Recognition

EchoMind requests microphone access solely to record voice journal entries. Speech recognition runs entirely on-device using Apple's built-in framework. No audio or transcription data is sent to any external service.

Face ID

If you enable App Lock, EchoMind uses Face ID or your device passcode to protect access to the app. Biometric data is handled entirely by your device's Secure Enclave and is never accessed by EchoMind.

You Control Your Data

• Delete individual journal entries at any time
• Delete all audio files from Settings
• Delete all data from Settings
• Uninstalling the app removes everything

Children's Privacy

EchoMind is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
